As players, all we can do is make sure that our game is updated to the latest version, our device has enough free memory space, and be active in the game. All these will make it better chances to receive any latest features.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

How long are we punished for spending actual money on your game? Ever since I spent .99 on some lives, I don’t get the ads option anymore. I have for sure learned my lesson, I’m ready to be done with my grounding please.

The exact same thing happened to me. Did not have a purchase in 15 years . One purchase and the adds disappeared.

Yes please bring back the booster so you can watch ads and get extra moves it really helps and makes the game more fun

You keep saying the ads are are a testing trial I have had ads for a long time now, so why say they are still a trial its just another way at some time you will get rid of them & say it was just a trial. I was not getting mine so l went in to the privacy & pressed the ads & accepted all & still not got them stop being greedy & give us our ads back l do not pay anything to play this game or to be forced to pay in desperation to play a game what you are doing to the game at the moment is terrible you are putting really hard games on with 17 goes that would take 30 gold bars to win when you have finished taking gold bars to win which you are doing you have nothing to play the games so like they say above you have to wait till you suddenly let us win it WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO CANDY CRUSH YOU ARE RUINING IT AGAIN WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU I AM NOT PAYING PLEASE LET US HAVE A GAME FOR PEOPLE THAT DO NOT PAY
Nothing works properly now the games keep crashing the events are missing except the money pig & the other to buy packs that would help in a game please fetch back the way it was & stop being greedy l keep leaving & start from the beginning just so I can play candy crush you spoiled the lives button you could just press with out having to go in your list & press them all individually if you had a lot of friends it took ages to send them you have stopped now people getting to many lives WHY don’t you just get rid of lives all together because I am sure that is what you are trying to do so it will make our games even harder l wish it could go back to the original game before you took over
