Why am I no longer receiving my daily booster award?

I always received the seven day booster gift each day, All of a sudden it stopped appearing. Is this on purpose to make me buy more boosters or an error that took place in the app?

No Buffy it's definitely not being done on purpose to make you purchase the boosters. Are you playing on a computer or mobile device? Try to clear the history, log out of Facebook and log back in to see if that helps. If you are on a mobile device then shut it down and reopen and try these steps. Sometimes the device has to be reset in order to get the game working properly again but please be aware that if you restore it to factory settings that you will lose your boosters.

The

boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.

Hi Ann-Marie, I'm so sorry to hear that you are having this issue. I have heard from a few fans that it's been happening to them too. Unfortunately I don't have a solution on how your game can advance to the next booster the following day but are you playing the Sugar Drop Challenge at all? You can get so many more boosters and that's what I do twice per day. You can collect up to 13 free boosters every 8 hours. Please read all about it here and believe me being stuck on day 1 will no longer be important to you. Are you for real, Elsa???? If a booster doesn't work, it should be: 1. fixed or 2. removed! Telling about another booster that we already know about, in order to get players to forget the one that is not working, is like giving af child its ald toy instead of the one that is broken... We are not small children, even though we like to play :-D

I am not getting past DAY 1 gift this is about my 4th Day I have signed out and cleared cache I have tried everything so need some boosters. This ahs been going on for longer then this but I have played the last 4days in a row so should be a lot further up not stuck on Day 1

This is happening to me too - and my friends!! I did write to Customer Support, but didn't get any answer :-( It is now a while that it is happening - but only on my computer - when I play on mobile, gift are following the days... So, I tryed on a computer few times (several days) to see if it got bether, but NOT :-( At the moment I'm playing only on my phone, but my friends who play on computer are not happy ...Candy Crash Saga - please fix this! :-)

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
