Other than your profile picture, is everything intact? Your level progress, Gold Bars, etc.,? If so, please don't worry, and do not reinstall the game either, as it might be the issue from Facebook!!
I have experienced same issue on my Candy Crush Friends Saga game for about 2 weeks, and it was all set by itself!! I am thinking that is what's happening in your game too!
Please ignore that blank silhouette for now and continue playing the game as normal.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
