Hi Richie, we will certainly pass the feedback on. I get the level needs more moves. Have a look at this level where it’s done without boosters though. It seems it can be done with patience
I get you are venting but please remember we are just players too as well as volunteers and Laura is one of our newer Superstars. She did just ask you not to use capital lettered words as in text speak that is like shouting, but I appreciate you might not know that. The text language is almost as hard as learning English unless you are a teenager

Hi Richie, I am so glad you passed it, sometimes venting helps. At least I find that, unless I deliberately try to vent and then its like it knows and it doesn't let me past grrr.
As regards the caps lock, I know some people use it a lot, I have a friend that does as she cannot see very well, but text speech is really hard unless you know all the rules. Its like learning another language. Thank goodness for google!
You are welcome to come back any time you have an issue, or even just to talk about a level, that's what we are here for! We are players so we totally understand too! Except for Candy crush, I gave up on that before I had to avoid chocolate for life heh heh.
