Has anyone passed this level without support?...King have really dropped the ball on this one....no way of passing without assistance....really about to delete it....

I’m having the same issue on iPhone, wasted 26 gold bars buying more moves only to realise I was never going to be able to pass it anyway…

Apparently there is a faulty version of this level. There should be three layers of ice but apparently a lot of players only have two layers, which is not enough to pass the level. Please do not play the level or waste any boosters on it until it has been fixed. It is impossible to pass, so King will have to fix it very quickly. I would suggest you contact player support from within the app, (settings and then the ? icon, scroll through the options until "contact us" appears at the bottom). They once assisted me to pass a level with a similar problem.

How long did it take them to assist you?

Seconds. The moment I logged back into my game the level had been changed to an easier version. They know who you are if you email them from within the app.
