Please read this link: https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep and when you scroll down towards the bottom last section there is a link "here" so please click on that and it will take you to a page where you will be able to hear directly from them because you will be adding in your email address. Make sure that you put your user ID # in there so that they can fix it much quicker.
