New ranking system started me at Frame Level 1?

This new frame level ranking system started me at Level 1, despite me being on Level 3402 in the game. Other friends of mine are over Level 50 on their frames, and there's no way they could have gotten that far already starting at 1. Am I missing something?

Hi Brewer, I'm not sure why you are getting emails telling you to do this. I wonder if this is another one of their testing things and might not be working properly. I don't have an answer for you because I'm not sure how the ranking works. I will try to pass this along to a King Admin again.

I am at the end always waiting for new levels and my ranking is only 47. If there was a reward attached it the number then I might be upset that people below me have higher numbers but it is what it is.

Thanks for the info, Elsa. I assume this is similar to the ranking system in Candy Crush Jelly where I was awarded credit for previous progress, but I'm still looking for an answer here. I tried going directly to King but was directed here to this board. Maybe someone who can fix my account will see the question.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
