Both boards on level 583 and 584 have only given me 12 moves. But if I go to YouTube they have much more. Why am I getting less than half the moves as others??

Same thing 12 moves. I had over 20 candys saved of each. All gone. Was going to delete the app as I can’t get past it either. That’s not relaxing and letting stress go as your game says on the front part if the app.
Yes Brit it took a while but I'm now on like 780...but I almost never have the moves they say u should maddening.
I’m having the same problem. Has anyone been able to beat this level in just the 12 moves? I sent an email to king and just received a generic response to look on YouTube or in here.

I am only given 12 moves and the you tube videos show 50 moves. I can not advance I the game. Help!

Hi Stephanie, I am noticing a lot of complaints here in the community lately but the number of moves that have been changed. I have created a list of complaints and I will add your message to the list. King has already changed a couple of levels so let's keep our fingers crossed that they do something with this level too.

I am having the same isdis with level 584. I have unfortunately purchased and wasted several boosters before I realized the issue.
Same problem here...Lots of levels with this same issue.
I also find it nearly impossible to beat level 584 with only 12 moves. I’d like to see how anyone would complete this level without any boosters. I’ve been working on it for a week on and off and think I might just quit the game.

I too find level 584 impossible to finish in only 12 move. While searching for video help, all the videos available show much greater number of moves than my game allows. Is there a glitch? Has anyone been able to pass this level in 12 moves with no boosters? Is the game now over at level 584 because no one can advance?
I'm also unable to get past Level 584 as I've only got 12 moves instead of the 50 moves it should be. Wish I'd known that there was an error before wasting lives and bonuses trying to complete the level.
