I just won Double Candy Royale & was supposed to get 125 gold but I never did. SO angry, I spent so much gold trying to win thinking I’d just get it back, but I got to the final level, successfully completed it, and nothing!!!! Reimburse me my winnings candy crush!! This isn’t the first time, and I’m about ready to quit this game forever because of these glitches!!!

Sadly there is a recurring glitch with Double Candy Royale on a Monday morning. There is a weekly reset about twenty minutes before you posted. If Candy Royale overruns this timeline on a Monday morning player's games tend to revert to the single Candy Royale version. Did you not get anything at all? I would suggest you contact Player Support. This is best done from within the app. Use settings (the cog wheel symbol) then tap on the ? symbol and scroll through the options until you get "contact us" at the bottom. If you paid for any offer during this event you should get some refund, hopefully.
