I'm not sure I ever claimed there were bots. There are cheaters in as much as they accumulate free boosters by using glitches in the algorithms. I know of a few of those myself, I just deliberately don't use them in the Sunflower game. Of course there are also players who use computer hacking to get unbelievable scores. In fact with the help of @DBrain we found one of those last week, someone who proudly posted their hacking skills in this very community. The point I was making was that it is possible to get to these winning scores playing with no cheats.
If I understand you right, and looking again at your screenshots, then the issue is the sudden jump in just two hours of player Yuu in the first two screenshots. I suspect he/she played offline, secretly scoring lots of points without Internet and without any of the competitors seeing how their score advances. This will only show when the player logs back into the Internet. I think Yuu played for hours and then decided to log into the Internet when they were sure they had a high enough score to intimidate you. It is a dirty trick that a lot of top players use in these competitions to win. The winner in my group did the same! Unfortunately King run the game in a way that this is not considered cheating. I agree with you that this is unfair tactics and I do feel for you. Your score was really impressive, so well done from me.
