Hello! a goblet acquisition just started at level 14478, but it disappeared during the game! I got to level 14487 and didn't get the gold bars! is there any way i can get it? thanks, Anna

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Are you talking about the "Candy Royale"? Did you stand in the race till the end and saw the announcement "you won so and so amount" of Gold bars? Or did you lose a level? If you did, you have lost the race and hence, did not get the Gold Bars!
If you did win but did not receive the Gold, you will have to contact King Player Support team and request for your missing Gold Bars! Please follow below steps⬇️

If you are on a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, please follow these steps --> Click on the Pink Cogwheel -- Click on ? icon -- Go down to "Events" -- select "Candy Royale" -- scroll down all the way till you see "Contact Us" and click on it -- fill out the form and Submit.
