The glitch in Candy Crush is costing me every time the game shuts down. I'd like to know how you all are planning to make it up to those of us who play the game? If this issue isn't resolved and some remediation given, I don't know if I'm going to continue to support this game. Please advise.
Hi Peter, can you play the game somewhere else? I am assuming that you must be referring to Windows 10 which has a glitch causing the game to freeze and close. It has already been reported to the studio and we are waiting for a fix.
Elsa, you are correct, I'm playing on a Windows 10 machine, which happens to be a laptop. Unfortunately, I've reached the end of the level available on the mobile platform, so playing on my phone and tablet is not possible. Honestly, I'm just totally annoyed that this issue is still ongoing, as I tried the recommendation you made on another post and I'm still experiencing the issue. I've paid a fair amount of money to purchase additional boosters and lives and it seems like the folks at King don't care that those of us that play regularly and spend money to do so are out those funds.Hi Peter, can you play the game somewhere else?
