All you have to do is, go to --> store.king.com -- Log in -- and you will see the slots to enter your Gift card number and the pin.
Just below to those boxes, you will see the game options too. Choose whether you want the gift card amount to be added to either Candy Crush Saga or Candy Soda Saga.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
