Game not loading on Facebook

game not loading - stops at blue/pink screen and nothing - use chrome - through fb - and cleared everything been going on all weekend - even set computer back from new updates

People that can't get past the blue screen, click on the icon next to the star in the web address line, make sure it isn't blocking cookies for that site while your on the blue screen page. Then click on Show cookies and other site data right below where you just checked for blocking cookies. This will open a window that shows cookies in use. Click on blocked to see a list of blocked cookies. Mine showed Candy Crush Saga, King, YouTube and several others. Click on, click allow & it should load. I think when Chrome updated it changed some settings.

I've tried on Chrome Edge and Opera through Facebook, game freezes on both browsers

Hi Dulcie, there was a problem with the games today. A King Admin posted this on King Care today: https://care.king.com/en/alphabetty-saga/experiencing-problems-with-your-game
Give it a bit and then try reloading the game again.

I have for the first time in a month tried to play candy crush on FaceBook, the very first game I played crashed out halfway through!!!!!!! I was in Google.

I also want to add that I have no problems with Candy Crush Soda Saga; only Candy Crush.

I've cleared the cache and cookies. My Firefox settings have not changed from when the game was working until it stopped. I've added a screenshot. Hope you can help. Please see Screenshot for Judy below. I wasn't able to insert into this post.

Same issue throughout any device - iPhone, Mac Air, Dell PC, Macbook Pro. It started with the latest Facebook update which was released five days ago.

I haven't been able to load Candy Crush or Pet Rescue on FB for about a week now.

i had to turn off my tracking protection on fire fox and the game loaded

ok Tried something just now and it worked. Chrome update blocked the cookies Click on the lock pic and allow cookies . it works

so figured my problem - tried what Kamlesh said that cookies were blocked - i clicked on lock and cookies were allowed clicked on the cookies and there were 2 tabs - allowed and blocked - i clicked on blocked and king.com was listed under blocked - removed from list and working fine now - so with the help of friends - we figured it out before king did - YAY !!!!

I have Windows 7 and use Chrome. When king.com is blocked it won't load but if I allow it, it loads the old version instead of the new version.

I'm using Chrome(whatever the latest version is for Chrome) on a Windows 10 computer. It started last week for me but I couldn't tell you exactly what day. I've done all the updates and clearing of cache but nothing fixes it.

This was happening to me too over the last 3 days. Seems like my laptop had blocked cookies from Candy Crush Saga. Once I allowed them, the game loaded. Hope this helps.

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
Frustration
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
In app purchases
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
