I lost my all boosters

Question

I am the player of candy crush saga from last 3.5 years. And i have completed all most 3350 levels. When i playing the game that time in the candy crush saga game, I have 52 moves, 72 hand, 61 hammers, 98 candy, 126 fishes, 39 round wheels and much more lives. After update the candy crush game and again connected to the Facebook so I reached my last level but all moves, hammers and my all lives were lost.Without these I am unable to move ahead.

Please look into these matter & provide my boosters as soon as possible.

Hi Deepak,

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars. Did you uninstall the game and reinstall it?  Have you done anything different that would cause you to lose them?
