These are the steps to send your complaint to the King Player Support team⬇️
But, if you rather wait till Monday and wait for our Community In-charge to come and take care of this issue, that would work too! All you need to do is give me your ID number. I will send it to our Community In-Charge, along with other Crushers that did not receive their reward. You can see others' comments from THIS Page onwards!

It is only for this month, you had to go with this much process, as there was a miscommunication on the day that you all were supposed to receive the Goodies, Francesco!
From next month onwards, it will be automatic as winners' details would be entered into the system.
You do not have to go through these steps again unless you miss your rewards next time (which doesn't happen often)👍️

I don't think you would have to send your game ID every month!! Once you receive your Gold bars in the first month, all your ID numbers should be added to the system to receive rewards for whole year!
This miscommunication & glitch happened for the first time!! Winners never had to send their ID numbers to receive their rewards like this!! I am sure it won't happen again!
I will confirm again once our Community In-charge is back on Monday👍️
