Unfortunately @Peter_Malta and @sstone5248 this isn't the first time that this issue has occurred.
Explain this situation
No one here can explain this situation Peter as we are all just a player of the game like you are. Based on previous posts about the issue the mostly likely explanation is that it is caused by players taking advantage of coding bugs. Alternatively it has also been known for King to cause issues similar to this.

21,000 levels?? Can you take a screenshot of your Weekly Race, and post here, please? So that, I can report to our Community In-charge?
Also, please send a complaint to the King Player Support team from your side too! Do you need assistance with sending complaint? If so, I need to know your device.
I also have someone who shows has won 21,000 levels this week. It is just ridiculous. Everyone else has 25-35. I guess there goes my 2 week streak of winning. Come on King, do something about the robots.

Some players do not have the "updated" level milestone banner on their profile icon due to a glitch!! Hence, please don't be puzzled about the milestone banners! I am assuming that you have taken that screenshot today!
I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team, and send them a complaint. Since they have resources to look into your account, they might be able to check if that player is a legit player or a robot!!
Please let me know if you need help with contacting the Player Support team? If you do, I need to know which device you are using.
