Lost levels after saving them on facebook

I saved my progress from my Amazon Kindle HD to a Facebook account. Trying to continue on the same device or other devices has reset to level one with or without the Facebook login. I was at level 3400 approximately. Following the help offered relating to the problem elsewhere on King Care has not helped. Can you help please?

Please follow the steps on this link: https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep to get your progress back. If the troubleshooting doesn't work, then in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink. Click on it and complete the contact form. They can go into the account and manually add the progress back.
