I got a new phone and got signed in but I have no boosters at the beginning of the levels on my new device, still there on my old device. Everything in my inbox is missing also, and friends....

When we transfer our game to a new device, only the game progress and the Gold Bars are transferred as both those are saved to King servers!
Whereas, the boosters and the lives received from friends are stored on to the local memory of the device we are using. Hence, they won't be transferred to a new device!
Are you using an Apple phone or Android phone? If you are on Apple phone, there is a facility to save your game to iCloud! Then, you can download the game again from iCloud on your new iPhone! If you are using an Android phone, this facility is not available!!
But, since you did not delete the game on your old phone, you can play the game and use up all the boosters before you delete the game from that old device.
