For the last 2 hours, I’ve not been able to purchase anything and have lost significant progress because of it. Everything in the store shows “0,” and nothing remedies that. (Including closing the game and turning my phone off.)

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues in your game!!
When you try to purchase items, do you see an "error" message or a non-stop "spinning circle"? If it is neither of these issues, can you show me a screenshot of what you see?
Also, I need to know which device you are using? Did you make sure that your game has the latest version of the App?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
