Glitch I’ve never seen before

Hello Candy Crush community!

I am currently facing a glitch on level 406 (I think), I will add a video here because I cannot explain it right with words.

I haven’t been able to figure out what to do, I don’t want to give up the level since I have gotten all the stars possible, but I also have not found any videos or material that can show me what to do 😭

This glitch is still going at the moment I’m sending this, but realistically, I might have to give up this level.

If you have experienced this glitch please share!

(apparently I posted this on the wrong Candy Crush forum, I kept leaving the app without closing it and coming back to the glitch, but after a few times the app restarted and I lost the progress)

It is what we call an eternal loop and it is a glich which happens occasionally in levels with striped candy dispensers. It is probably, hopefully, not going to happen next time you play this level.

No option for the 6 hours for 69 gold bars was available a few days ago

So I was playing and my lives finished so I left the game... hours passed I thought they were full again so I went back only to find all those minutes pending...I don't know if it's because I was using VPN or something but I don't know what to I can't wait all those hours...is there a way you can help me ???
Issue with game.
My blue candies are not being counted. I've been playing and beating new levels for 2 hours and I'm still only at 105 blues. I would like to see it fixed if possible, I'm now way behind because of it!
