Hi Christine. I hope your well? I'm around level 9700 in my new game. I haven't had a lot of time to play candy crush recently so I'm a bit behind where I thought I would be now. I don't think the payout went down as the event was slow at eliminating the other players, every 3 or 4 levels it would eliminate a handful of players. I did get a pop up saying an elite 21 level triple candy royale for the 1500 gold bars. It was only when I collected the gold bars that I realised the payout was for the regular candy royale 500 gold bars event rather than what I thought I was playing for.

Hello @Alienscar and @christinewupp I am not sure about the time difference between Australia and U.K but I was offered the 21 game for 1500 on Tuesday Afternoon about 4.00pm, does that equal U.K time of 9.00am? Alas I did not win any gold I got to game 20 and on game 21 they gave me a board I could not pass on the first go even if I had used boosters.🙁 But I did win the episode race for the 35 gold😀. Australia is 14 hours ahead of USA time, and UK is 5 hours ahead! That means, UK will be 9 hours behind Australia! So, if it is 9 am in UK, it will be 6pm in AU!
I received the pop-up about winning 21 levels for 1500 GB even on Tuesday evening!! But, I know that I should not be tempted because, after I play 1 level, the GB count will be reduced to 400 or 500 but, not the level count!!
Anyway, @QueenB must have sent the feedback! Hopefully, the game team will realize the glitch that is happening and will correct it soon🤞

Nice to hear from you @Arrowflinger and @T0rr1e . It's a shame there isn't a general chat forum here. It's always good to hear from old friends!. But of course we are supposed to "stay on topic" all the time. That can be quite difficult when the game is just a mess of connection errors and glitches. There isn't much fun or strategy to write about any more. Best of luck with your games, and more importantly with everything else that is going on in yours lives, which quite rightly is so much more important than CandyCrush. I'm all good here in the South of England, waiting for spring and to get back into my garden. The frogs already think it's spring..... they are very active in my pond, which is nice to see. I hope all is well where you are, too.

Hello to you @christinewupp, all is good here in Victoria even though it is Summer at the moment it is quite mild we have not really had many Hot days; the rest of Aussie is suffering heat waves and bushfires, so I am glad I live in Victoria. Hope you are well also it must be nice listening to the frogs in your pond, we have a lot of birds where we live mainly Magpies which can be quite noisy. Have a nice day and happy crushing.

My apologies for my late response, haven't been active in the game lately.
@Patangela1 @Alienscar I came across the same situation on 27 January (Saturday 9:15am EST), Candy Royale began as the triple version of 21 levels with 1500 gold bars as reward to share, but the reward dropped to 500 gold bars after 30 minutes of play (completed 10 levels).
Instead of getting 1/3 of 1500 gold bars, I ended up with 1/3 of 500 gold bars.
