I purchased the $19.99 bundle (Yummy Mix) and got an error message but my credit card still got charged. This is the second time it has happened to me, hence why I am reaching out. I have screen shots with the time of the transaction and the game showing the time as well how do I get my money back or my purchased goods? Thank you
