Game "not syncing" is not issue on your side, but the game itself. Because of that, it did not work when you reinstall the game!!
Please don't worry!! The issue was reported to the Candy Crush game team, and they are working on a fix. Until the issue is resolved, players are advised to continue to play the game on the device where their game is advanced.
Please keep an eye on our main thread of "Syncing Issue", to get the latest updates!
With regards to "Daily Win" --> Can you please explain a bit more? Which devices are you using?

I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team and send a complaint about both Daily Win and also the glitch with Weekly Race!
On which device do you have the advanced levels? Please send complaint from that device. Let me know if you need help with it👍️
