Why am I not getting my daily wins and my devices are not syncing I deleted the app and reinstalled it but I lost loads of levels and I still have the same problem not syncing and not getting my daily win
Hello @lismig You have posted in an old thread by mistake. I would suggest you start a new thread to alert the moderators that for you this problem has recurred. They don't check older threads as the issue was fixed a year ago. Please click on the + sign to post your own question and then wait for a reply from a moderator.

Se cerró la app mientras estaba la pantalla del los boosters que gané y cuando volví a entrar no me apareció más daily win hasta el dia de hoy. No desinstalen el juego porque lo hice ya que hace un tiempo me pasó lo mismo y solo perdí mis boosters acumulados

a mi también me ha pasado lo mismo con el Daily Win. Pero a las semanas regresó. Es lamentable ya que tuve que desinstalar la app y perdí todos mis bosster la primera vez, pero esa no es solución así que no lo intenten. Es algo random pero EXIGIMOS SOLUCIÓN!
@PummyRaj I have still not heard back from anyone! And the problem is still there. This has now gone on since the 6th Feb. Surely there is someone who can at least let me know what is going on? Your technical support is not at all helpful. PLEASE, PLEASE can this be resolved. Thank you

Is it only "Daily Win" that you are missing or other features too?
My daily win has disappeared totally from my game for 4 days now. It no longer shows up in the Events page. This is on both my laptop, and android phone.
Is this feature being removed by King?

I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team and send a complaint about both Daily Win and also the glitch with Weekly Race!
On which device do you have the advanced levels? Please send complaint from that device. Let me know if you need help with it👍️
When I win a level it is not giving me a sticker it just stays at 4 out of 6 with the weekly contest it says I have won 0 levels even though I have passed some levels

Game "not syncing" is not issue on your side, but the game itself. Because of that, it did not work when you reinstall the game!!
Please don't worry!! The issue was reported to the Candy Crush game team, and they are working on a fix. Until the issue is resolved, players are advised to continue to play the game on the device where their game is advanced.
Please keep an eye on our main thread of "Syncing Issue", to get the latest updates!
With regards to "Daily Win" --> Can you please explain a bit more? Which devices are you using?
