I have 20 friends lifes but I get them. My envelope is open but refuses to let me use 5 at a time. I can only use the lives that are sent to me one or two at a time. I updated Candy Crush. Help please and thanks!!
please help get this worked out. I have the latest version and lots of stored lives.
I'm having the same issues. I can send lives but cannot open my saved ones. They are on the right side of my screen, show the same picture as the screenshot above. The envelopes containing lives are closed "stored" with the envelopes closed and a heart icon on them. I need the lives so please help. This started today 2/21/25.

Sorry, I did not know that we cannot open the Envelope if we do not have any requests/lives there!!
The number 17/20 --> it is the number of lives we can use in a day. You have used 3 as of now, and you can use 17 more till 12:00 am tonight. Once it is 12 am, the number will change back to 20/20.
The number 0/200 (in Green box) --> It shows how many saved lives you have in the game. Unfortunately, you do not have any as the number is 0.
I would suggest you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team and inform them that you are not receiving any lives. You can use this link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact
I finally got a request for a life so was able to open the envelope.17/20 are my lives I can't use.
I'm having a hard time getting people to realize I have 20 lives saved but the only time I can open the envelope is if someone asks for a life or gives a life. At the moment the envelope is open and I have 20 lives but can't get them to use. I have tons of friends and send out lives to friends every night.I can't take a photo now because the envelope is open and I can't get to my life. Thanks
Hello @MoiCanadaš¤ I am sorry for the inconvenience.
You are saying that you are not able to add 20 lives, but the map screenshot you are posting shows me that you have a "greyed" out Envelope - which means, you do not have any saved lives!! That's why, I need to see "which" lives you are talking about!

Are you talking about the number where it says 20/20 (that is marked with the Blue arrow)?
OR are you talking about the other number where you see 12/200 (that is in Green Square)?

I have the updated version. Right now I have 20 friends lives ready to use but my envelope will not open and let me use them. I understand the process. I send out lives to my friends but I can't get to use mine. The envelope will not allow me.

Level 10054 is impossible to pass because the 4th required Dragon does not drop, I have used many booster and bombs and still have not cracked this level because the fourth and last required doesn't appear.

I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?
