@Mert123 Hi and welcome, If you progress is still on the one device sounds like a connection issue. Are you sure you are signing into the correct account.
If your new phone has no boosters or lives (you will LOSE these if you do this ) that are saved, please try uninstalling the game and restart your device and then reinstall the game and log in to your account and see if this syncs your progress correctly . if it does not please try playing a level and see if this forces your game to sync
Barring that please see post below for getting your levels restored

I did sign in with the correct account and I have tried everything which makes it more annoying that it won’t work :(

Have you tried reinstalling the game app as well on the device where it is on level 11?
Same issue account not sync correctly on 2 devices each device shows different level!!! Tried restart / reinstall / same app store nothing.
