Regarding the Dynamic Duo, it comes and goes on my game. Today it loaded but yesterday it took a while for it to load. I opened it up on my phone and then went to play another game on my iPad and finally it opened on my phone.
Hi @kajal, we need to give her time to follow up on this. She reports it but I have no clue what their priority list is all about. I can't open my Dynamic Duo on Windows 10 this morning!
Hello! I have followed this up with the game team and this is what they said This is the message from our studio.
It is quite tricky to fix it so not too many players are affected. It should be ok if they restart the app and play a couple of levels and it’s not about the game version actually, it’s because it is waiting to get the server time.
Usually when this happens, they won’t be able to see the card in the booster wheel panel .But once they see it, and open it through the card, the issue won’t happen unless our server is down.
@Cezdiamond. Tried restarting the app. Beanstalk game is still not showing up in the bonus wheel panel. When I opened the game, it gave me a screen option to play the beanstalk bonus. I clicked on it and still get the same screen
