I cant be the only one getting this every day for past month or so. This repeats itself probably twice every game i play. Classic Chocolate Box, Times up, you missed the next box but you can still claim, connection issue please restart or try again later. Please do not reinstall the game. And what do I get ? Nothing it just goes off . Sick of it now, three updates later and it still does it :o(

I have escalated this issue to our Candy Community In-charge, as we have received few more complaints in past couple of days! But, I was informed that the Candy Studio is not seeing any issues on their side, and advised us to wait for the next update!
But, sounds like the issue in your game is different than the others'!! I need few more details as I am a bit confused๐ค
Is your Chocolate Box not moving up from the Classic version, even after you claimed the prize? If you can explain as much as you can, and may be provide couple of screenshots, I will be able to report to our Candy In-charge.
