Cheating bots cannot win!

I am not playing anymore I have spent my money. Have won some things but NOT LAST 7 weeks playing against a cheater no matter how many levels i win she is always 200 or more levels ahead suddenly every single week I hate the game and HATE CHEATING and hate playing anymore. This week here we go again every level super hard. For last 7 weeks no chance for me to win ever not to mention she is 4000 levels ahead and not in my friends list I suspect she is a bot. Reported her nothing happens you cannot block them

Please know that we take reports of cheating and suspicious activities very seriously. While it may seem like nothing is happening on the surface, I assure you that our team is continuously working behind the scenes to investigate and address these issues. It takes some time, but we're on it!

It might not be immediately obvious, but actions are taken based on investigations, and it helps immensely when players like you report suspicious activities. These reports are crucial for us to keep the game fair and enjoyable for everyone.

In the meantime, if you're finding levels super hard, it might be a good chance to try out some new strategies or take a little break to come back with fresh eyes. Sometimes, a short break can make a world of difference.

I also want to make sure your concerns are heard and addressed more directly.

Could you provide me with some more details about your experience? For instance, a screenshot of the cheaters results and your Game ID?

75 levels is not a big number and it is possible to play more levels if there is a special feature in the game! Personally, I do not play much every day, unless I have special events that give me extra rewards - for example, Sam's Streak!

If the players are winning thousands of levels in a single week, that is when we escalate it to the game team and they will look into!

I found out from our Candy Community In-charge and found out that the issue is being investigated. I will ask how far they are in sending the fix.

Most of the time my game is disconnected
I play in iran and i should use vpn to conect and play, but most of the time my vpn is conect but my game is disconnecting. I am a old player and i am playing during 13 year and my level is 8434, i am iranian person not a government please let us to continue connection 🙏
My entire inventory is gone!
What happened to my inventory?? I had over 1,000 candy bombs, over 250 candy hammers, 120 fish and more stuff. Now it's all gone. Why? I'm on the same device as always. It took me years to build up my inventory. Someone help please.
How i get my reward?
Pins collection i finish it I didn't received my reward.
