Hi there. That's the frog and it is not a blocker but there to help you pass the level. Maybe this video might help. You need to feed the frog candies by making matches with candies the same colour as the frog until it swells and glows. When it does tap on it to move it to where there are blockers you want to get rid of. There is a frog order of 2, which means you have to move the frog like this twice.
