Hello @vicky9995 no one here can refund you anything I am sorry to say. Everyone that posts in this forum is just a player of the game like you are. This means that just like you can't refund me anything I have lost no one here can provide you with your lost gold
To get your gold refunded you need to contact Player Support as instructed by the information provided to you in the link from Kiara.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
