Level 6972 GLITCH

The amount of moves in this level needs to be 24. I only get 23 to start must be a glitch that needs to be corrected it is impossible to win

I suggest you report this to Player Support. Yours is only the third complaint about this I have read about, so it must be a rare glitch. My own game gets 24 moves and obviously most players still do. To contact player support use settings in your game (the cogwheel in the map screen) then click on the ? and click through the questions until you see "contact us" at the bottom. You might need to reply to that first automated email they send you, but the more players report this the sooner King will fix it. In the meantime, enjoy your life without Candy Crush.
