I've been playing for over 10 years and NEVER have had the ad feature... How do I get startled???

It is true that some players have mentioned that when you purchase, you lose the Ads feature! But, it is only a temporary setback/glitch! If you do have Ads feature in your game, then, you will receive the Ads till the feature is moved away to another group of players!
So, to activate the Ads again, please stay active in the game and play at least one level every day - even couple of old levels👍

I read from previous posts that not everyone received ads for free boosters or moves. Also, while having ads, if you use real money in the game, the ads will disappear temporarily or permanently. And I don’t know how to get them back. I’d love to have ads in my game.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
