You can update to iOS 17.4
You can update your phone to iOS 17.4 it came out about a week or so ago
Thanks Karie. My phone has not made that download possible yet. I will as soon as it shows up for download. But it doesn’t sound like that is what the issue is if you have the most recent version and still have problems.

Guess what!!! I can’t believe it I finally got the connection issues resolved 🥳 I don’t know what I did the only thing I can think of was I had started a new FB account with a different email because FB wouldn’t let me use my EM I’ve had for 20 years after I had started t he game and there was an update for FB yesterday so I updated it and updated my passwords and followed the other tips and it’s working 🤩🤪 All I’ve done so far is sign into the game and turned on the EM in the game I was so excited I had to come here and share now we’ll see if I can recover the levels I had finished I think I was at level 37. Happy gaming everyone 🥰
I’m back lol I just discovered my last saved game is level2😭
That's good (and bad!) I was asked if I wante dot merge my accounts and I said yes. It shows level two for me also on the king site but when i play on my phone it still shows the level I was at most recently before I started having issues. Now I don't have any access to the activities section. It just says Come back soon to play. I don't get the pop ups that say oh sorry we can't connect you. Things are still not right. I wonder if it has something to do with my email login info.
