It says network connection lost. Will try again later. I’m not receiving my rewards. My phone and the app are updated. I’ve turned it off and on, turned wifi and cellular off and on. What is the problem?
That's good (and bad!) I was asked if I wante dot merge my accounts and I said yes. It shows level two for me also on the king site but when i play on my phone it still shows the level I was at most recently before I started having issues. Now I don't have any access to the activities section. It just says Come back soon to play. I don't get the pop ups that say oh sorry we can't connect you. Things are still not right. I wonder if it has something to do with my email login info.

I’m back lol I just discovered my last saved game is level2😭
Guess what!!! I can’t believe it I finally got the connection issues resolved 🥳 I don’t know what I did the only thing I can think of was I had started a new FB account with a different email because FB wouldn’t let me use my EM I’ve had for 20 years after I had started t he game and there was an update for FB yesterday so I updated it and updated my passwords and followed the other tips and it’s working 🤩🤪 All I’ve done so far is sign into the game and turned on the EM in the game I was so excited I had to come here and share now we’ll see if I can recover the levels I had finished I think I was at level 37. Happy gaming everyone 🥰

Thanks Karie. My phone has not made that download possible yet. I will as soon as it shows up for download. But it doesn’t sound like that is what the issue is if you have the most recent version and still have problems.
You can update your phone to iOS 17.4 it came out about a week or so ago

Same here. Happenend a lot during the past couple weeks but always reconnected at some point. Today, it's loading the game but nothing else. No rewards, activities, etc. Absolutely frustrating.
I am having the same issue and have tried everything. Customer support has been no help. It’s very frustrating
It still says no connection to the network. I have tried all avenues. Log out of King games/turn off/on phone/login; put on airplane mode; turn off WiFi /turn off-on phone; same with cellular. Does this mean it doesn’t recognize my internet carrier? I’m just playing the game without any rewards or connections to the activity center. It does give me the daily reward that lasts for a few hours. I’m frustrated. Should I remove the app and then put it back on?
I am on an iPhone. I can play the game but I am not receiving any lives from friends, any rewards. When I click on the Activities tab there is a pop up that reads “Network error. Oh no! We’re unable to hand out your reward right now. We’ll try again later. “

Can you please clarify something for me? Are you having this connection issue to log into your game itself OR to the Candy Store and having issue to purchase boosters and lives?
Are you using an Android phone (LG, Samsung, etc.,) or Apple device?
