I'm playing via the app on a Chromebook, and since this afternoon I can't get past the initial screen. The game loads, looks normal, and then greys out and is unplayable. I updated the app and rebooted the Chromebook, but no change.

Update: there is a tiny Back button on the top right of the app screen. When I clicked this, returned to the initial screen and then clicked Play, the map screen loaded normally. I've tried this a few times, and it fixes the greyed-out problem every time.

I am not familiar with Chromebook!! You said you have the App version of the game!
Do you have a "Browser" on your Chromebook? If so, can you try and see if you can open the game through the browser?

It's been more than 20 days, but my problem hasn't been resolved yet. I'm still not receiving ad boosters. Even after two recent updates, I'm still not getting the ad boosters.
this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
As i can read here and also on other platforms, ads like Temu, Zeekr ,..even a Grey screen pops up every now and than …are horrible.
