I don't receive my lives on Candy Crush

Hello!  I don't receive any lives since a week now.  I don't receive them neither on my PC or tablet.  However, my friends receive the lives that I send them.  How do I fix the problem?  I read about it, did everything (clean my cache, uninstall the app, check my settings on FB, nothing changed!

Can someone help me???????

Why is this gliche taking so long to fix. I just started playing this game 3 days ago and every time I ask for lives I never get any from friends.

This is a glitch that is being checked out.  I am going to ask you to please post a new message on a main thread question that I created.  This is where you will be seeing updates as the studio progresses with it.
