Please I need help! I haven't been able to use the game store or use my gold for three days, the page keeps loading. I've done everything, I've changed the Wi-Fi to mobile data, I've restarted the device, I've put it in airplane mode and put it on the network again, and nothing has happened. This has already hurt me a lot. There's one day left until the second phase and I don't know what to do.

I am sorry you're having this problem. I see from your screenshots that you have this problem in Candy Crush Saga and you are now in Soda forum. But don't worry, I'll tag the Candy moderators to help you and I'll move this question to CCS.

Hi - I actually typed a reply to this thread earlier but it for some reason wouldn't send and now it has disappeared. I am sorry you are experiencing this issue.
You mention that you are playing on a phone. Is it by any chance an iPhone? Another players reported the exact same issue and I have passed both of your issues on to one of our Community managers who is letting the studio know.
If it is an iPhone - make sure you have the latest version of the app (it was just updated yesterday) and also the latest version of iOS (which was also updated very recently). I play on an iPhone and have not experienced this issue.
