Why I cannot watch and Ad for free lives and boosters?

The Ads are still in testing mode! And these testing features are moved from one group of players to another groups of players. That's why, not all players receive the Ads at the same time!
If you would like to receive the Ads - please make sure that your game App is updated regularly; there is at least 2 GB free space on your device memory; and you are active in the game. This will better your chances to receive the Ads and other features.
I am hug games before 4 year buy ADS FREE gets not me. Please I cannot watch and Ad for free lives and boosters?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
