Climbing for rewards, not receiving all of them

Hi, whenever I climb the beanstalk and win a pink coconut wheel, I don’t receive it.
This morning, I won one again, along with two colour bombs. I only received one colour bomb and no coconut wheel.
is this a fault or just me? It’s happened every time I win on beanstalk climbing.

Hi @AmandaWordy you are the third person reporting a problem with the bean stalk. I have already notified the Community Manager but it's going into the weekend so she might not see this message until Monday.

I just noticed in another bean stalk message that the Community Manager wrote saying that she was elevating it to the studio so she will elevate your message too.

I won 1.5 hours of the wheel from the beanstock but after 2 levels it went away, that was about 10 minutes not 1.5 hours. Very disturbing0
