Why am I not getting rewards.

    Hi @Dominguez, is your spinning wheel just keep going around and around and never stopping?  On the sugar drop challenge it is asking you to connect to claim the rewards so are you connecting to Facebook or the Kingdom and then your rewards might be there?

    Yes that’s exactly what it does. I don’t connect to Facebook for my games. I’ll check the

    I just realized why you don't get the rewards!  It only goes to 180 (look at your print screen).  Once you reach that 180 then you have to wait 8 hours before you can start the challenge again.  If you go beyond that 180, like you did with 216, there are no more rewards until the 8 hours are up.

    Are you playing through the Kingdom, if not Facebook?  If you don't play through either you can lose your progress at any time.

    It always  says I can’t connect to Facebook or the kingdom at this time.

    So you are getting the error message for both Facebook and the Kingdom saying that you can't connect to either one?  I know that there is a glitch regarding connecting to Facebook and they are aware of it.  We are waiting for Facebook to fix this glitch.  But I haven't heard of anyone having trouble trying to connect to the Kingdom.  Where are you playing the game - mobile or computer?  Perhaps you can try some troubleshooting to see if that helps.  I'll list the links below.


    Also can you please check to make sure that you have the most recent version of the game?   Let me know if any of this helps.

    Thank you Elsa. I deleted the app and down loaded it again. It took me back to the level I started on my new phone. But at least it works now!

    Great but you don't have to start the game all over again.  Please complete this contact form and they can manually go into your account and get your progress back. 

    Make sure that you use this topic and subtopic and then give them a couple of days to respond but they can get you back on track.
