Can someone help me link my community account with my candy crush Saga account?

I can't seem to find an option to link my accounts. Also I post, I help and post screenshots to contests. However only my first day here did I see feedback and badges added for my activity. What am I doing wrong lol

I still can't link accounts. I see in my edit profile where the option is however it is locked
