So… I can't access my gold bars at all! The existing count won't show and after a lost round, it won't let you make purchases, either. I've been on the net all day otherwise, so, it's gotta be technical difficulties on your end.
Is it happening to ANYONE else? I didn't see any other posts made!
Hello @MsNeNe_AM73 complaints about not being able to contact the app Store are very common lately. I am sorry to say that I haven't seen a fix proposed for the issue and all you can do is contact King Player Support.
To contact Player Support use the Help Function (big pink question mark) of your game.
Hey, thx! It's working now. I ran troubleshoot to refresh my internet, restarted my laptop again today and it finally started working a few minutes ago. It's crazy because I've been online for everything else with no issues. Maybe it was on their end, I'm honestly not entirely sure.
