If you were not logged in and then logged in you would lose anything you did while not logged in.

I noticed my purple stars weren't being counted. I replayed the level in case I was imagining it had purple. Yes it has purple so replayed a couple levels and the purple weren't added. I closed and reopened the game and the All Stars has disappeared!
I tried doing the usual trouble shooting but no luck. Just my luck it disappeared just after I took the picture because I was finally in first place.🙄 This game is becoming very frustrating.
It's gone in the other account I qualified in too.

Unfortunately I couldn't take a photo because I didn't think it would disappear. But I realized that you had 610 thousand purple bullets, I had 620 thousand and on both accounts the event disappeared.

Long time bug. All Stars seems to have made it worse though.

QueenB isn't around at the moment and the Managers standing in are @FluffyDinosaur @LoFiGummy @Snow_Rider
This is a long shot but you might want to try Player Support. I have seen a few posts from other people that have lost their leaderboard say that Support has actually managed to help them.
Equally I have seen many posts saying the opposite though.
