Wow… just wow I was right to be concerned there were so many complaints on a Monday.
That is shocking @Kerrie and as Pyrolight said the fact that you are receiving a 'Thanks for playing' pop-up whilst there are still hours to go is… I am lost for words actually.
I really think you should highlight this obvious error to Player Support. It would be interesting to see their response.
@FluffyDinosaur can you please bring this issue to the attention of the Game Team. No one should be receiving a thanks for playing message whilst the Round is still active.

Hi GiiihMiller, just wanted to check also - did you try the steps suggested to you earlier? Please try restarting the game and the device, and also playing a level. If so, please also try to log in and out of the game. Let me know if that doesn't work 😊
I have a question for you @FluffyDinosaur. I signed in on a different device, my tablet and this popped up.
I don't know what I did that was against the rules? I did try playing a new level on two devices at the same time to see if I'd get 30x on both devices. It didn't so I went back to one device. I did alternate play between my phone, tablet and old phone for lives and different booster being available. I sent a reply and ask if they would inform me on what I did wrong because I don't know what I did. 🤷 If I get an explanation I'll let you know.
So…I logged in on my phone, the device I used for most of my play and this popped up.
Ha ha ha...Which is it? I'm getting mixed messages.🤷

Tournament on multiple devices or multiple tabs in a browser; and/or
4.6.8. Taking any action or engaging with the Tournament in a manner
that would be reasonably considered against the spirit of fair play.
4.6.7 would be it.
