Game froze lost gold
Options
I have been playing Candy Crush on my iphone.. This week I played and won 3 races and won gold bars. I did not spend any of the gold. I was in 2nd place in winning the most games for the week when my game froze. I finally got back in today and my gold was gone. I do dot know of I came in 2nd. There was no prize. How do I get my gold back? The phone app did not have a help option. I created this account just to get help

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in your game!
Is the issue that (a) you did not receive the Gold bars for the Episode Race OR (b) you lost the Gold Bars that you have saved up in your game?
