Can't play AllStars Final Knockouts

Hey, I qualified for the Final Knockouts but I don't get any progress and the AllStars banner has only shown a dash since the start of the knockout (7 hours ago). Tried everything, logging out, restarting device, but nothing seems to work.
Anyone knows where the problem is?

Force close all apps and restart your device, making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds.Please play 1-2 levels and go back to the map to see if it comes back.

Goal: First place to advance. If you don’t make it, you are out of the competition.
When: 20th April, 09:00AM EDT - 24th April, 03:00AM EDT.

14hours later, still not working. Is there anything I can do? Or am I just screwed and wasted the time to qualify for the round? I restarted, relogged into the account, played some levels, nothing seems to work. Still just a dash on the banner and by clicking on it, nothing happens.

When that dash appeared or the event icon disappeared, most of us replayed/played a level with Purple candies and won it. And, the leaderboard became normal!
I am sorry to hear that none of the tricks worked for you! There are 24+ hours for this round to end! Let me report to our Community In-charge and see if they have any other tricks to help you out.
Which device are you using — Mobile device or the App on Windows 10/11?
