I didn't read the rules and mine was taken way because I broke one. So mine was my own fault.😭
i had a similar issue as well as others. I quit.
That's what happened then. I tried it at the same time a couple of times. I was on multiple devices but not playing them at the same time. I switched when I needed lives or boosters.

I'm glad King can track it now. It came back to my other account and I see a couple players scores have remained the same.
@FluffyDinosaur Pryrolight found out why so disregard my question. I didn't read all the rules so it's my own fault.😭
4.6.7 Simultaneously playing the same instance of CCS or the Tournament on multiple devices or multiple tabs in a browser; and/or
4.6.8. Taking any action or engaging with the Tournament in a manner that would be reasonably considered against the spirit of fair play.
4.6.7 would be it.
I have a question for you @FluffyDinosaur. I signed in on a different device, my tablet and this popped up.
I don't know what I did that was against the rules? I did try playing a new level on two devices at the same time to see if I'd get 30x on both devices. It didn't so I went back to one device. I did alternate play between my phone, tablet and old phone for lives and different booster being available. I sent a reply and ask if they would inform me on what I did wrong because I don't know what I did. 🤷 If I get an explanation I'll let you know.
So…I logged in on my phone, the device I used for most of my play and this popped up.
Ha ha ha...Which is it? I'm getting mixed messages.🤷

Hi GiiihMiller, just wanted to check also - did you try the steps suggested to you earlier? Please try restarting the game and the device, and also playing a level. If so, please also try to log in and out of the game. Let me know if that doesn't work 😊

That is shocking @Kerrie and as Pyrolight said the fact that you are receiving a 'Thanks for playing' pop-up whilst there are still hours to go is… I am lost for words actually.
I really think you should highlight this obvious error to Player Support. It would be interesting to see their response.
@FluffyDinosaur can you please bring this issue to the attention of the Game Team. No one should be receiving a thanks for playing message whilst the Round is still active.

This is a long shot but you might want to try Player Support. I have seen a few posts from other people that have lost their leaderboard say that Support has actually managed to help them.
Equally I have seen many posts saying the opposite though.

Has anyone else had a problem with level 4595? It always crashes when I win the level, it reboots, and never registers the win. I have won the level 7 to 10 times. I am Stuck. Groundhog Day at level 4595
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.

As stated in title. Have made sure that both apps (FB and Candy Crush) are updated. Have also tried uninstalling FB to try to login via Web browser. Nothing seems to work. Any tips?
