Eligibility form question

Hi, I have a question regarding eligibility form. I moved from the UK to the USA last year but I haven't received my residency card a.k.a. green card yet, however I have an EAD (work permission). I have a bank account in both countries but I only have USA phone number. What should I put in eligibility form as country of residence? Am I okay to put USA even I don't have residency card and only hold valid UK passport but I live in the USA and I don't have an address in the UK. Thank you in advance 😊
